Goen Japanese Restaurant – Maneki-neko Beckons You

Today’s New Restaurant Saturday is brought to you by a Korean/Japanese hybrid restaurant. I was challenged to sushi this week. I had been to a lot of the best places in town. I really wasn’t up to doing All You Can Eat solo so I was looking for something a la carte. It was a tough choice, but it was a good challenge. Latinoamerica Unida at 101 Concession feels like walking into a piece of Mexico. At least I think, I’ve never been to Mexico. I was greeted … Continue reading Latinoamerica Unida – Little Mexico in Galt

A Piece of a Multicultural Quilt called Canada

But I liked this image of these Women walking and talking in the park with their children. Its a feeling I got and could not resist sharing just this time. A moment in Time.   Continue reading A Piece of a Multicultural Quilt called Canada
